"Jim and his team at D'Angelo Ins. and Fin Svcs have been our reps. for many years now. That's taken us through a lot of cars and years at our house. They are always extremely responsive to both changes and claims and always treat us like good friends and not just clients. No matter how busy they may be, they manage to fit us in without delay. The State Farm claims team has always taken great care of us as well. This is no small feat since it seems like things always occur in groups. Bob's local office is on county line road in Bryn Mawr if you'd like to meet them in person. (We pass it several times most days)."

"I have had State Farm for decades. With life moving forward, I needed to make numerous changes, adding new policies. I first spoke with Rachel by phone, explaining changes and new additions. She quickly got back to me to answer my questions then scheduled a live appointment. I have never been more impressed in my business life. She had the four policies ready, highlighted, and had fantastic explanations as to why we should do this or that. Her manner in explaining things is exemplary! I could not have left feeling better or more knowledgeable. Rachel, you are the best."

"Was looking to change to this agent from my current agent hoping to get better customer service. Tried to switch and the Lady one didn't answer the phone stating office I had to ask to make sure I had correct agent. Then wouldn't assist me in making the change only to say she couldn't help I had to do it myself online. I tried I couldn't figure it out so I will stay with my current agent. What do they do for people who have no online access. One has to wonder if they will not try to help get you as a customer, how much will they help you with a claim."

"I had some majors changes that I had to do with some of my insurance policies, so I called my agent, I was helped by Rachel who has helped me so many times in the past so I was very comfortable with her.
